Field Coordinator  Indigenous Education - Community Based Programs (CBP) Fall 2026/ Winter 2027 POSITION DESCRIPTION: Identifying field placements for students; Working closely with the Associate Dean or Program Coordinator to ensure successful completion of student placements; Interacting regularly with Supervisors in placement environments to deal with any issues or concerns; Organizing orientation sessions for placement students; Creating and maintaining a manual for placement students; Participating in committees and other meetings, as designated by the Associate Dean or Program Coordinator; Promoting positive relations for the University with related agencies; and Ensuring timely completion of placement reports, as required.  QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in applicable course of interest; Relevant experience in teaching students in a post-secondary environment;  Experience with remedial language teaching skills would be considered an asset; Superior communication skills (written and verbal); Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail and comply with academic reporting requirements; Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and the ability to speak a First Nations language are considered assets.  SALARY:          Stipend for Field Coordinator is $7780 Class & Section Number   Course Title Course Method Dates/Times Anticipated Enrollment Location FALL 2026 EIND 100 S85 Field Indigenous Education: Principles and Practices On-Site Course     24 English River EIND 215 S25 Field Indigenous Education: Principles and Practices in Elementary Teaching On-Site Course     24 Suncrest - Yorkton (Cohort 1) EIND 116 S23 Field Indigenous Educational Professional Studies On-Site Course     24 Suncrest - Yorkton (Cohort 2) WINTER 2027 EIND 215 S87 Field Indigenous Education: Principles and Practices in Elementary Teaching On-Site Course     24 English River EIND 225 S25 Field Indigenous Education: Principles and Practices in Elementary Teaching II On-Site Course     24 Suncrest - Yorkton (Cohort 1) EIND 100 S23 Field Indigenous Education: Principles and Practices On-Site Course     24 Suncrest - Yorkton (Cohort 2)   How to apply:        Please apply online at www.fnuniv.ca/careers/ The University only accepts on-line applications.
