We are offering these Indigenous Internship opportunities to support research on these barriers and provide recommendations for how Equitable Bank can better serve Indigenous communities.
About the Roles
The internships will provide the successful candidates with the opportunity to conduct meaningful research and gain valuable industry experience. The interns will work within a designated business group, supporting research initiatives and having other responsibilities aligned with the team’s goals. There are two roles in Toronto and one in Regina.

To more fully understand the systemic barriers facing Indigenous peoples in obtaining access to banking products and services, this role is intended to research these barriers and systemic difficulties and document recommendations on how Equitable can support overcoming them.
