Mon - Fri | 8:00 am – 8:00pm|40 hours per week

 

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Parts Associate to join our fast-paced service team. If you have a passion for logistics and customer service, this is the perfect role for you. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory in and support internal operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with selecting parts and accessories, providing recommendations.
  • Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, and report discrepancies.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments with accurate labeling and timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse, including stocking shelves and managing inventory.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, maintaining certification and training.
  • Serve as a Parts Counterperson during absences, assisting customers with part selection and orders.
  • Perform regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a parts position. 
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.

Additional Strengths:

  • Familiarity with inventory management software would be considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly in a retail or parts environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
