About the Role
Jays Care Seasonal positions are designed to provide an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable work experience in the rewarding charitable sport sector. Jays Care Foundation is looking for passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to assist in various Jays Care Foundation Program positions. Candidates can expect to travel to various communities and partake in major initiatives, projects, and programs that have a national reach and large impacts on communities we work with. This opportunity will provide a dynamic, fast paced, and unique learning experience for individuals with ambition, drive, and immense potential.
Please note that these are seasonal positions aligned with our high season, spanning from approximately February-August 2026. These positions are full-time contracts.
About the Role
The Program Implementer for Indigenous Programs plays a key role in supporting baseball programming in partnership with First Nation, Métis, and Inuit communities and urban Indigenous organizations. This position focuses on creating inclusive, culturally relevant baseball experiences that strengthen physical and mental health outcomes for youth while fostering intergenerational connections and community healing.

POSITION STATUS: New
WORK LOCATION: In-office; required to work at Rogers Centre five days a week, or in the field, based on role requirements.
