As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will ideate, execute and analyze advertising campaigns on our digital channels and expand our marketing mix. As an internal subject-matter expert, you will be an integral part of the strategic development of how we leverage digital channels to reach business objectives, with a significant opportunity to make an impact.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Digital Advertising.
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to own and maintain our paid advertising channels. You will ideate, create, and improve campaigns to help meet our business targets and maximizing return on our investment through regular optimizations.
You would:
• Create Impactful Campaigns: Design, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc. to achieve measurable business goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align channel campaign strategies with broader marketing initiatives and craft compelling, on-brand ad creatives.
• Leverage Data for Success: Dive into audience insights to develop precise targeting strategies and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Push Boundaries: Stay ahead of trends by testing new platforms, ad formats, and creative approaches to keep Moneris at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Drive Results: Manage campaign budgets, forecast ROI, and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize performance and maximize conversions.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor emerging trends and best practices in social media advertising to ensure our strategies remain fresh and effective.
A degree, diploma or certification in digital marketing, related business field or equivalent experience.
3 – 5 years of data driven campaign management experience in at least two of these advertising platforms - Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Quora, X. Google Ads Editor or Microsoft Ads Editor proficiency.
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Blueprint or TikTok Media Buying certifications considered an asset.
A creative and analytical mindset, always seeking ways to innovate and improve.· A passion for collaboration and aligning strategies with overarching marketing goals.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in English – spoken and written. French is an asset.
