Accreditation Canada is seeking experienced health care professionals residing permanently in the Philippines to join our team of over 500 surveyors.
This role is ideal for those with clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Medical Doctor (Physician).
We invite applicants with experience in Acute Care (Hospital Care) to apply.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct on-site surveys.
- Assess organizational programs and services against standards of excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Share your expertise to guide organizations in adopting best practices and achieving better outcomes.
Time Commitment: Minimum of two surveys per year (approximately 10 days).
Support: Receive initial training, ongoing professional development, a modest honorarium, and full travel reimbursement as per expense policy.
- Employment in an organization accredited by Accreditation Canada and located within the Philippines.
- Senior-level experience as a health care professional working in an Acute Care (Hospital Care) environment.
- Clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Medical Doctor (Physician) with valid licensure.
- Experience working with patients, clinicians, administrators, or governance teams on service design or quality improvement initiatives and a strong commitment to improving care quality.
- Proficiency in English (writing and communication) and technology.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Fluency in additional languages such as French, Farsi, Italian, Spanish, Slovenian, Greek, or German.
