SUPERINTENDENT OF STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
The Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority (ADEA) invites applications for the position of Temporary Superintendent of Student Support Services. The ADEA is a First Nation Education Authority serving three Denesuline First Nations communities in northern Saskatchewan: Black Lake First Nation, Hatchet Lake First Nation, and Fond Du Lac First Nation. The Authority serves a student population of 1,400 students in 4 schools with an annual operating budget of $34 million.
The successful candidate will be committed to championing Denesuline language, culture and traditions as they work closely with the Director of Education and other senior administrators. The Superintendent is responsible for providing educational leadership and support both in the assigned duties and in the supervision of several schools. The position is based in ADEA’s main office in Prince Albert and travel to the communities is a required part of the role.

Term: Duties are expected to commence August 5, 2025 and conclude June 30, 2026.
